Position: Coordinator –Health Programme & Office Operations

Positive Women Network of Rajasthan Society (PWNR) invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Coordinator to support the smooth operation of office activities and implementation of health-related programmes.

Position Details

Position: – CSC Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Qualification: MSW / Sociology or equivalent qualification
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
• Coordinate implementation of health and community-based programmes.
• Plan, organize and monitor programme activities.
• Coordinate with staff, beneficiaries, government departments and other stakeholders.
• Maintain programme records, documentation and reports.
• Prepare and submit regular programme and activity reports.
• Support project planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned programme activities and targets.
• Assist in meetings, training programmes, workshops and community activities.
• Maintain coordination and communication with project staff and management.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the organization.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and team-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS excel, online &offline documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in NGO, health, community development or social-sector programmes will be preferred.
• Graduate in IT.
• Willingness to travel for programme-related activities, when required.
