Role:
Manage NGO programmes from planning and implementation to monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with CSR partners, donors, NGOs, government departments, and communities.
- Lead field teams and conduct regular project visits.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Track project targets, beneficiaries, budgets, and outcomes.
- Coordinate donor/CSR visits and review meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Support development of new projects and partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management.
- Strong project management, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
