About the Organisation & Project

Unique Educate is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Programme Manager for the implementation of the Krishak Pathshala Project. The project focuses on strengthening agriculture and allied-sector activities, farmer capacity building, demonstrations, integrated farming, FPO development, market linkages and sustainable livelihood opportunities for farmers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, implementation and management of the Krishak Pathshala Project.
Coordinate and supervise the project team and ensure timely implementation of planned activities.
Coordinate farmer mobilisation, training, demonstrations and capacity-building activities.
Oversee agriculture, horticulture, livestock and other allied-sector interventions.
Facilitate coordination with government departments, technical institutions, FPOs, farmer groups and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against approved work plans, targets and deliverables.
Ensure proper documentation, MIS, field records, photographs and periodic reporting.
Supervise preparation of monthly progress reports and other reports required by the project.
Support development and implementation of the project DPR and annual work plans.
Facilitate market linkages, convergence and sustainability initiatives.
Identify implementation challenges and take appropriate corrective measures.
Required Qualification & Experience
MBA / B.Sc. Agriculture or Allied Science.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in agriculture, rural development, farmer training, livelihood or allied-sector programmes will be preferred.
Must-have Skills

Project management, team coordination, communication, report writing, stakeholder coordination, field supervision, documentation and basic computer proficiency.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with the qualification and experience.
