ORW (Outreach Worker) -Job Description

Qualifications-10th/12th +Experience would be preffered
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mapping and identification of the target population in the assigned area.

Establish and maintain regular contact with the target population through field outreach.

Provide information on HIV/AIDS, STI/RTI prevention, condom use, and available health services.

Mobilize beneficiaries for HIV testing, STI/RTI treatment, ICTC, ART, and other health services.

Distribute condoms and IEC materials and demonstrate correct condom usage.

Conduct regular follow-up of beneficiaries and track missed or irregular beneficiaries.

Coordinate with Peer Educators for effective outreach and service delivery.

Identify individuals at risk and facilitate appropriate counselling and referrals.

Maintain field registers, beneficiary records, and outreach documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the TI Programme.

Work according to TI Programme guidelines, protocols, and targets.

Coordinate with Counsellor, Program Manager, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders.
IDU programme special preference would be given to clients who stabilized on OST.

SALARY - 10500+ Travel allowance 1500
