1. FIELD EXECUTIVE / MOBILIZER
Job Description - YouthAid Foundation, Wardha
Position: Field Executive / Mobilizer
Job Purpose
To mobilize eligible youth, women and community members for skill-development and livelihood programs through field outreach, counselling, awareness activities and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring achievement of assigned mobilization and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Mobilization
* Conduct regular field visits in villages, urban communities and target locations.
* Identify eligible youth, women and potential beneficiaries.
* Conduct door-to-door outreach, community meetings and awareness campaigns.
* Promote YAF's skill-training and employment opportunities.
* Build a continuous pipeline of potential candidates.

2. Candidate Counselling
* Explain available courses, eligibility, duration, certification and employment opportunities.
* Counsel candidates regarding suitable career/trade options.
* Address candidate and family concerns.
* Follow up with interested candidates until enrollment.

3. Institutional & Community Networking
* Establish relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, SHGs, community leaders and local institutions.
* Coordinate with Gram Panchayat/local stakeholders wherever required.
* Develop local referral networks for mobilization.
* Support awareness events, job fairs and community campaigns.

4. Enrollment & Documentation
* Collect candidate information and required documents.
* Ensure accuracy of registration and beneficiary data.
* Maintain candidate database and mobilization records.
* Coordinate with the Centre team for batch formation.

5. Target Achievement
* Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly mobilization targets.
* Track leads, counselling, registration and enrollment conversion.
* Identify reasons for low conversion and take corrective action.

6. Training & Placement Support
* Coordinate with the Centre team to ensure candidates attend training.
* Follow up with candidates during the training period.
* Support placement activities and job fairs whenever required.

7. Reporting & MIS
* Submit daily field visit/activity reports.
* Maintain mobilization MIS.
* Submit weekly work plans and progress reports.
* Maintain proper documentation of field activities.

8. Other Responsibilities
* Represent YAF professionally during community activities.
* Support Centre Head in project activities.
* Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

# 2. PLACEMENT OFFICER
Position: Placement Officer
Job Purpose
To establish and maintain employer relationships, identify employment opportunities, coordinate interviews and placement drives, facilitate candidate-employer matching, and ensure successful placement and post-placement follow-up of trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employer & Industry Networking
* Identify potential employers suitable for YAF-trained candidates.
* Conduct regular employer/company visits.
* Develop and maintain employer database.
* Build relationships with HRs, recruiters and hiring managers.
* Identify current and upcoming vacancies.

2. Vacancy Mapping
* Collect job vacancies according to available trades.
* Map vacancies by:
* Company
* Location
* Trade
* Salary
* Gender preference
* Qualification
* Experience
* Number of vacancies
* Regularly update vacancy tracker.

3. Candidate-Employer Matching
* Match trained candidates with suitable job opportunities.
* Share candidate profiles/CVs with employers.
* Coordinate candidate availability and interview schedules.
* Ensure candidates receive complete information regarding job location, salary, working conditions and joining requirements.

4. Interview & Recruitment Coordination
* Coordinate employer interviews at the centre/company location.
* Organize recruitment drives and job fairs.
* Maintain interview attendance and selection records.
* Coordinate documentation required for joining.

5. Placement Conversion
* Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
* Collect joining confirmation/proof as per project requirements.
* Maintain accurate placement records.
* Track candidates who have received offers but have not yet joined.

6. Post-Placement Follow-up
* Follow up with placed candidates after joining.
* Monitor retention and employment status.
* Record reasons for early exits/dropouts.
* Coordinate with employers to resolve basic joining/retention issues.

7. Employer Relationship Management
* Maintain regular communication with existing employers.
* Develop new employer partnerships.
* Explore repeat hiring opportunities.
* Maintain employer contact and visit records.

8. Placement MIS & Reporting
Maintain and regularly update:
* Employer Database
* Vacancy Tracker
* Candidate Database
* Interview Tracker
* Placement Tracker
* Joining Tracker
* Follow-up Records
* Employer Visit Records

Submit daily/weekly/monthly placement reports to the Centre Head/Project team.

9. Job Fair & Placement Events
* Identify participating companies.
* Coordinate employer invitations.
* Prepare candidate lists.
* Coordinate venue, interview schedules and documentation.
* Track selection and joining outcomes.

10. Coordination with Training Team
* Understand the skills and batch profiles of trained candidates.
* Coordinate with trainers and Centre Head regarding candidate readiness.
* Provide employer feedback to improve future training and candidate preparation.

11. Community Mobilization
* Conduct regular field visits in villages, urban communities and target locations.
* Identify eligible youth, women and potential beneficiaries.
* Conduct door-to-door outreach, community meetings and awareness campaigns.
* Promote YAF's skill-training and employment opportunities.
* Build a continuous pipeline of potential candidates.
