Bright Orange Foundation is a not for profit organisation registered under Section 8 of Companies Act 2013.
Bright Orange Foundation has the vision to enable children and women from marginalised communities to realise their full potential.
To achieve this objective, Bright Orange Foundation is running 10 Education Resource Centres (ERC) and 2 vocational centres in different slums and at construction sites in Gurgaon. These ERCs or informal schools are named Dream Big Vidya Kendras.

While we are working for the education of migrant children, we have to ensure that communities are also safe, are aware of their entitlements, and are availing their entitlements. To achieve this effectively We are looking for Field Coordinator.
The Responsibility covers managing and coordinating the stake holders relevant for the children's growth including but not limited to the parents, community in general, Government officials, and other organisations to name a few
Job Description-
Scope of community work will broadly cover, but is not limited to the following

a. Creating awareness about relevant issues like health, family planning, child rights and safety, other relevant issues in collaboration with other organisations.
b. Conduct regular household and community visits to identify the needs, challenges, and concerns affecting children and families.
c. Mobilise community members and encourage their participation in awareness programmes, health camps, educational activities, and other welfare initiatives.
d. Facilitate linkages with government schemes and essential services such as Ayushman Bharat/health cards, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Public Health Centres (PHCs), immunisation services, and other applicable government welfare schemes.
e. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, community leaders, schools, government departments, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
f. Maintain and document all records related to community work
g. Any other work or activities related to the welfare of the children

The work mainly involves working with the field functionaries, Senior team members, and centre staff to
a. Plan for the above work
b. Effectively implement the above work

1. Graduate or above
2. You have relevant experience of 2- 3 years or above
3. Candidates with MSW will be preferred but that is not a limiting factor. People with relevant experience are equally welcome to apply

Salary- 20,000 - 30,000 (Depends on qualification and experience)
