Ritinjali is looking for a motivated professional with experience in the development or education sector to support our Second Chance School-Day Programme.
This role involves coordinating programme activities, working with learners and programme partners, supporting community engagement, tracking learner progress, and contributing to programme documentation and reporting.
Role details:
* Location: New Delhi, with travel to programme sites
* Experience: 2-3 years in the development / education sector
* Education: Master's in Social Work, Development Studies, or a relevant field
* Employment: Consultant - Fixed Term (1 year, extendable)
* Compensation: 3.6-4.2 LPA, as per experience
* Reporting to: Director & Senior Programme Manager
