SKSSSS is a Non-Profit Organization is running Targeted Intervention (TI) Project Vaishali of Bihar State AIDS Control Society (BSACS), Govt. of Bihar since 2010. We need following staff:-

Post- Project Manager (PM) 1 post

Project: Targeted Intervention (TI) Project

Project Location- Vaishali, Hajipur

Educational Qualifications:
* Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW) / Sociology / Psychology / Public Health / Rural Development / Social Sciences from a recognized university.
OR
* Graduate in Social Work / Social Sciences / allied discipline with relevant field experience.

Work Experience:
* For Post Graduates: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the development/public health sector, preferably with Targeted Intervention (TI)
or
HIV/AIDS prevention programs.
* For Graduates: Minimum 3 years of working experience in public health, TI projects, or community-based welfare programs.

Honorarium: Rs. 21,000/- per month + Actual Travel Allowance (TA)

Key Responsibilities
?-Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of field staff (Counselor, Outreach Workers, and Peer Educators).
?-Plan and ensure effective implementation of outreach sessions, behavior change communication, and health camps across designated project sites.
?-Facilitate close coordination and linkages with local government health facilities, including ICTC, ART centers, and STI/DSRC clinics.
?-Maintain, analyze, and submit timely project reports, CMIS data, and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) in compliance with BSACS/NACO guidelines.
?-Monitor supply logistics (testing kits, IEC materials, commodities) and maintain proper administrative documentation.

Skills & Competencies:
?-Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
?-Good proficiency in computer operations (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet/Email) and data management.
?-Strong communication skills in Hindi, with functional working knowledge of English.
?-Willingness to travel extensively across project intervention sites in Vaishali district.
