Domain Trainer – Job Role | DDU-GKY Project

Job Title: GDA Domain Trainer
Project: DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)
Department: Training
Location: Training Centre NADIA

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective domain-specific training to candidates as per the approved DDU-GKY curriculum and training plan.
Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the prescribed syllabus and training schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, activities and practical exercises.
Explain concepts and practical skills in a simple and effective manner.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, practical evaluations and mock activities to measure candidate learning.
Monitor individual candidate performance and provide additional support to candidates who require improvement.
Maintain daily attendance, session plans, training records and assessment records.
Ensure candidates achieve the required competency and are adequately prepared for assessments and certification.
Follow DDU-GKY training standards, SOPs, quality guidelines and centre instructions.
Use appropriate teaching aids, equipment, tools and practical resources during training.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager, MIS Executive, Placement Team and other trainers regarding candidate progress and training requirements.
Provide regular feedback on candidate performance, attendance and learning outcomes.
Support candidates in developing workplace skills, communication and professional behaviour relevant to their domain.
Participate in inspections, monitoring visits, audits and other project-related activities when required.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training equipment and classroom resources.
Complete all training-related documentation and reports within the given timelines.
Support the centre in achieving training, assessment, certification and placement-related targets.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in the respective job role/domain.
Good communication and teaching skills.
Ability to handle candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Good classroom management and presentation skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and assessments.
Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
Qualification & Experience

Relevant qualification/certification in the respective domain.
Relevant industry/domain experience as per the DDU-GKY job role and qualification requirements.
Prior experience as a trainer in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC or other Skill Development projects will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant industry experience and good training/communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
