Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the team to help drive the digital health, AI and medtech initiatives
• Support the design and development of technology solutions, including full stack web applications, dashboards, AI-enabled applications, and health information systems, in alignment with project and program requirements.
• Develop and review technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Terms of Reference (ToRs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software/System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and system design documentation.
• Contribute to system architecture and solution design, including application architecture, data flows, database structures, APIs, integration architecture, interoperability frameworks, and technology stack selection.
• Support software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, issue tracking, and technical validation of digital applications and platforms, including preparation and review of test scenarios, test cases, and traceability documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of AI/ML and data-driven solutions, including applications involving natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, analytics, forecasting, and intelligent reporting.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, concept notes, donor submissions, project approaches, implementation methodologies, and technical narratives for digital health, AI, and technology innovation opportunities.
• Support CHRI’s engagements related to Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission
• Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team.
Education Qualification and Required Skills & Experience
• Post-graduate qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital health, health technology, software development, information systems, technology consulting, system implementation, or a related field, preferably with a global health, development, government, or technology organization.
• Experience in digital health solution design, software/web application development, system architecture, technology implementation, systems integration, and interoperability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and recommendations.
• Experience working with government stakeholders, technology vendors, implementation partners, donors, INGOs, and multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
• Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, data analytics, digital public infrastructure, and digital health standards/interoperability frameworks is desirable.
• Working exposure of Cloud servers.
• Available to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluency in English & Hindi is essential.Available to travel nationally and internationally up to 30 percent.
