Association for Social Justice and Research is looking for a motivated and effective English & Communication Skills Teacher to join our team on a part-time contractual basis.

Employment Type: Part-Time | Contractual
Monthly Remuneration: Rs 15,000 (Negotiable)
Contract Duration: Approximately 6–7 months
Contract Renewal: Renewal is not guaranteed and will depend on organizational requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English language and communication skills classes.
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Help learners develop confidence in professional and everyday communication.
• Prepare teaching materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach English effectively to learners with different levels of proficiency.
• Previous teaching, training, or communication-skills experience is preferred.
• Ability to prepare lessons and teaching materials independently.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with diverse learners.
