Designation - District Resource Person (DRP)
Position - 1
Location - Mandsaur
Preference given to Candidates with Computer Knowledge and Experience.
Work Experience - 3 Years
Qualification - MSW / MA
Overall responsibility of the program in the district.
Supervise works delegated to other member of the team and mentor them.
Facilitate recruitment of staffs as per the Guidelines in case of vacancies.
Development of district implementation plan ensure approval by competent authorities.
Monitor the implementation of district plan and submit progress reports as per requirement.
Ensure training of all staffs when they join and training by STRC.
Make field visits, meet and coordinate with stakeholders at district and block level to address issues related to implementation of the scheme.
Support SACS/DAPCU in implementing various activities such as Condom Program, Folk Media Activities, Mass Media campaigns, Health camps etc.
Work with various government departments ensuring that the target groups are enrolled, receiving necessary services if they are eligible.
Play key role in advocacy at all levels against stigma and discrimination.
Compile reports and ensure analysis by M&E assistant for programmatic gaps.
Submit program and financial reports on time to SACS /TSU/DAPCU or any other agency.
Salary : 21000/- + TA 2000/- Per Month (As per NACO and MPSACS guidelines)

Candidates with knowledge of and Experience in Computers and Tally Software will be given preference.
Work Experience - 3 Years
Qualification - B.Com Completed
* M&E is required to collect reports from field staff on a timely basis.
* Oversee financial documentation.
* Prepare monthly reports to highlight project deficiencies.
* Submit monthly reports to the State AIDS Control Society, TSU, and DAPCU on a timely basis.
* Conduct procurement procedures as per the guidelines of the MP State AIDS Control Society.
* Maintain financial documentation in accordance with the TOR or agreement. Provide guidance to project partners on reports and financial transactions.
Salary : 16000/- Per Month (As per NACO and MPSACS guidelines)
