1. Project Planning and Execution:
o Assist in designing and organizing skill development programs tailored to target groups.
o Develop and manage project timelines, work plans, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
o Coordinate logistical requirements, including venues, materials, and resources.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.
o Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and government agencies.
o Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track and report on project progress, including participant enrolment, attendance, and outcomes.
o Collect and analyse feedback to improve program effectiveness.
o Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
o Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
o Identify and address potential risks or challenges impacting project delivery.
5. Administrative Support:
o Maintain accurate records of program activities, communications, and evaluations.
o Assist in preparing proposals, grant applications, and funding reports related to skill development initiatives.
