The Organization Sister Nivedita Memorial Trust has established in 1981 by the eminent social worker Late Sri Vinay Kr. Sinfgh. He was devotee and hard worker. He was inspired by the ideaology of Swami Vivekanand and SSister Nivedita. He has done lot of activities under this banner. Our Organization has done lot of educational programme like condensed course, vocational training programme for poor children, women and needy girls and boys for seven year at Patna. We have run Aganwadi Programme for poor women at rural area also with the help of Bihar State Social Welfare Board, we have run awareness programme regarding safety dinking water, other rights realted to women at some area of Vaishali District with the help of Capart. We have also opened two college named Firoz Gandhi College and Sanjay Gandhi College with the efforts of our founder Secreatary Late Sri V.K. Singh. For which we have got appreciation letter from Hon'ble PM of India, President of India and other eminent national personality.

* Field visit once weekly
* Disbursement of salaries
* Meeting with governing body
* Preparation of appointment letters for new staff in consultation with general secretary and project coordinator
* Maintaining indent file, requisition slip, order file, quotation file, challan, cash book, ledger book, voucher file, rent and service charges file, office operating cost file, communication {telephone/T.A., etc.}, bank transaction, recording daily flow chart
* Preparation of financial reports
