MSEMVS invites applications from committed and motivated candidates for the following positions under the KAWACH 2.0 Programme, which focuses on child protection, community mobilisation, and strengthening community-based child protection systems.

Position 1: Office Assistant cum HR & Accounts Assistant
Reporting To: District Lead – Siddharthnagar
Location: Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary
The Office Assistant cum HR & Accounts Assistant will provide administrative, human resource, accounts documentation, procurement, and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the district programme office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence, files, registers, and records.
• Maintain staff attendance, leave records, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist in the verification and processing of bills, vouchers, payment documents, and supporting records.
• Support procurement processes, including quotations, comparative statements, purchase records, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, stationery, and logistical arrangements for meetings, training programmes, and workshops.
• Maintain organised documentation for programme monitoring, financial review, and audit purposes.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organisational administrative and financial procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and record management.
• Understanding of office administration, HR documentation, and accounts-related processes.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position 2: Block Facilitator (Gram Panchayat Facilitator)
Reporting To: Field Coordinator – Siddharthnagar
Location: Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary
The Block Facilitator will facilitate the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of KAWACH 2.0 activities across the assigned block and 70 Gram Panchayats. The role focuses on community mobilisation, child protection, strengthening Village Child Welfare and Protection Committees (VCWPCs), promoting school enrolment and retention, and facilitating access to relevant government schemes and services for vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and implementation of programme activities across assigned Gram Panchayats.
• Facilitate regular VCWPC meetings and strengthen community-based child protection mechanisms.
• Mobilise communities to prevent child labour, child marriage, child trafficking, and school dropout.
• Organise community meetings, awareness sessions, campaigns, and activities on child rights and protection.
• Support school enrolment, re-enrolment, regular attendance, and retention of vulnerable children.
• Identify children at risk and facilitate appropriate referrals and follow-up in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Support eligible children and families in accessing government schemes and essential services.
• Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, schools, frontline workers, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate field records, activity reports, registers, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational child safeguarding policies.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong community mobilisation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Basic understanding of child rights, child protection, education, and community development.
• Good coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to engage with communities and local government institutions.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits across the assigned block.
• Commitment to child safeguarding, inclusion, confidentiality, and community participation.
Eligibility Criteria – Both Positions
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in child protection or education.
• Candidates should demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
