About the Role
We are seeking motivated and field-oriented Field Investigators to support our market research activities in Kerala especially districts of Palakkad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad and Thrissur . The field investigators will be responsible for conducting field visits, collecting and verifying information regarding healthcare facilities, interviewing beneficiaries and healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of research / survey findings.
The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in market research, interacting with diverse stakeholders, and undertaking frequent field level travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities, communities, households, etc.
• Collect primary data through observation, interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and observation.
• Interview patients, beneficiaries, healthcare workers, community members, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Verify and document healthcare-related information and field-level findings.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and confidential collection of data.
• Prepare daily/weekly field reports and submit findings within agreed timelines..
• Undertake travel within assigned districts and locations in Kerala.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Prior experience in market research , healthcare research, surveys, data collection, monitoring, or public health programmes will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam is essential; working knowledge of English is preferred.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with patients, healthcare professionals, and community members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones/tablets and digital data-collection tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Remuneration:
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
Travel and other field-related expenses will be provided/reimbursed as per organisational policy.
