Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Rural Development or a related field.
• Minimum [2 -3] years of relevant experience in data management, MIS, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, or a similar role.
• Experience working with NGOs, development projects, rural development programmes, and agriculture/livelihood projects will be preferred
• Experience in handling large Households (HHs) databases and project MIS will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, presentations, MIS reports, dashboards handling, data cleaning and data analysis.
• Good communication, reporting, and computer skills.
• Ability to travel extensively in rural project areas.
• Familiarity with data management and database systems.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in NGO / Development Sector projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a rural/development-project environment
• Knowledge of English, Bengali and Hindi will be preferred.

Gross Salary: 25,000/- (Twenty-five Thousand Only) inclusive of all.
