Lakshya is expanding its operational team for a Solid Waste Management project in Dolvi, Maharashtra. We are looking for dedicated professionals to drive plant operations, logistics, compliance, safety, and community engagement.
* Project Location: Dolvi, Maharashtra
* Total Immediate Openings: 16 Positions

* Key Positions & Core Responsibilities
Project Manager (1 Post): Overseeing end-to-end plant operations, performance reporting, and client coordination.
Supervisor (1 Post): Managing daily shifts, on-site execution, floor supervision, and quality control.
Technician (1 Post): Handling machinery operation, scheduled maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
Skilled Operator (1 Post): Managing waste processing equipment and material handling operations.
Field Officer & Community Mobilizer (12 Posts): Leading community awareness campaigns and driving behavior-change initiatives for effective waste management.

* Candidate Profile & Eligibility Requirements
Experience: Prior relevant experience in plant operations, logistics, supervision, or community engagement is preferred.
Site Commitment: Willingness to work on-site at the processing plant or assigned field collection routes.
Documentation: Basic literacy with the ability to maintain daily operational records and reports.
Physical Fitness: Essential for plant-floor, technical, and field-mobilization roles.
Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.
