Role Overview
To implement the solid waste interventions and community engagements in their specific allocated areas. To supervise sanitation worker, coordinate with Nagar Palika/Panchayat, ensure door to door collection, waste segregation, keep records and documentation. Organizing community event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of D2D Collection
• Promotion of Waste Segregation at HHs level
• Supervise Sanitation Worker
• Record Keeping of Waste
• Organize IEC / BCC activities
• Liasoning with Nagar Palika/Panchayat
Location: Kachhauna, Hardoi
Required Qualifications: Graduate with experience field work in urban areas.
Experience:
• At least 1 year experience in NGO field work preferably in waste management
Remuneration :
Up to 25,000 per month along with social security benefits and field travel reimbursement as per actual.
Skills & Competencies:
Good Communication, Community Mobilization, Knowledge of Waste Management, MS-Office, Documentation
