Position:Manager HR

POSITION PURPOSE
To manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and workplace relations
The role is responsible for creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes, establishing robust systems, policies, controls and governance practices suitable for a modern, professionally managed development organization.

KEY RESULT AREAS
Strategic HR
1. Assistance in establishing robust hiring Process & Prepare annual manpower plan.
2. Develop organization structure.
3. Act as a POC for labor legislation issues
4. Timely Payroll processing as per statutory compliance.
5. Employee Leave & Work from Home management
6. Timely submission of PF challans
7. Review HR payroll software (Zoho)and give suggestions to Zoho team
8. Compliances related to– ESIC / Health Insurance and coordination with concerned stake holders
10. Performance Incentive monitoring
11. Timely issuance of Offer / Experience Letters and updating HR systems.
12. Candidate’s back ground verification
13. Work force planning
14. Succession Planning

Recruitment planning.

Selection recommendations.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Lead time involved from job posting to hiring
2. Timely payroll processing and related compliances
3. Cost per new hire
4. Quality of hire
5. Lead time in internal transfer process
6. Ensuring and monitoring that all new hires attend AOL programmes
