Job Title- MIS Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria:

-Graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or Engineering.
-Working knowledge of software applications, including MS Excel.
Around 3 years of experience in handling MIS.
-Basic understanding of data management and analytics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

-Develop an understanding of the applications and modules built.
-Handhold, support and orient team members on phase-wise modules as per their needs.
-Support the team during Line Listing and co-visits to understand and strengthen the process.
-Orient team members on the data collected and its use for planning.
-Orient and handhold team members on check-ins, enrolment and attendance processes.
-Demonstrate Growth Measurement data entry processes and frequency.
-Conduct regular data analysis, sharing and discussions around trends and gaps.
-Identify children for case studies, visit centers, collect relevant information and prepare case studies/success stories.
-Plan engagements and participate and contribute to review meetings with relevant insights and findings.
-Conduct field visits for data validation.
-Build understanding of various app modules and conduct regular orientation of team members.
