Functional Summary:
The Grants Project Executive will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and
reporting .
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Implementation
- Prepare district -level activity plans aligned with pr oject goals.
- Coordinate and execute project activities as per approved work plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and targets.
Monitoring & Field Oversight
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and quality of implementation.
- Track project indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implementation challenges and take corrective actions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and donors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support impact documentation including case studies and success stories.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with community members, partners, schools, local authorities, and
- district officials.
- Support coordination with government departments as required .
MIS & Data Management
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting through MIS systems.
- Validate field data and ensure timely data submission.
Administrative Support
- Support district office operations and documentation as required.
- Ensure project activities adhere to approved guidelines, budgets, and donor requirements.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Graduate or higher degree in Agriculture, Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation at district level.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple field activities.
- Proficiency in Hindi, local language(s)
