Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic candidates for the position of Career Counsellor. The role involves guiding individuals in making informed academic and career decisions, conducting counselling sessions, and supporting career, skill, and education development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions
• Guide individuals on subject selection, career paths, and higher education options
• Assess interests, strengths, and aptitude through structured tools
• Support individuals in setting academic and career goals
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of counselling activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year preferred; freshers can also apply

Core Skills:
• Strong understanding of career pathways, education systems, and skill development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to understand individual needs and provide appropriate guidance
• Basic knowledge of counselling techniques and assessment tools

Other Requirements:
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary & Benefits:
Rs.15,000 per month + travel reimbursement
