New Hope Association – De Addiction and Rehabilitation centres is government supported health facility established at the district level to provide treatment, counselling, rehabilitation and awareness services for people suffering from alcohol and drug addiction supported by the Ministry of social justice and Empowerment, Govt.of India

1. Manager-cum-Incharge
Post Graduate with 3 years of administrative experience in institutes/organizations preferably in the field of drugs, should possess working knowledge of computers and should have knowledge of English and Hindi

2. Project coordinators
Post Graduate in social sciences preferably in Social Work/ Psychology with 2 years experience in institutes/organizations working in the field of drugs, should possess working knowledge of computers and should have knowledge of English and Hindi

3. Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist
Post Graduate in social sciences preferably in Social Work/ Psychology with 1-2 years' experience in the concerned field and knowledge of English as well as one local language. Preference shall be given to the person holding a Certificate of Training Course in de addiction counselling

5. Trainer cum Supervisor of community mobilizers
Graduate with 3 years experience in institutes/organizations working in the field of drugs

6. Outreach Worker and follow-up supervisors
Graduate with 3 years experience in institutes/organizations willing to work among vulnerable and drug using population and possessing good communication skills

7. Nurses
A qualified nurse with GNM/B.Sc. nursing degree and should be willing to be trained by the agency

8. Accountant cum documentation
Graduate in Commerce 2 years experience accounts in NGO sector and working knowledge of Tally & Computers.

9. Ward Boys
10+2 pass with 2 years experience in Hospitals/ Health Care Centres/ de-addiction centres.

10. Yoga therapist (Part time)
Graduate with experience of at least three years in the discipline and yoga certificate is must
