Vani Sanstha is hiring a 21st Century Skills Expert to lead the technical design of life skills and adolescent empowerment frameworks under the UNICEF-supported DSEP scale-up. You will be responsible for contextualizing the "improved version" of the program, focusing on transferable skills such as empathy, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking for students in Grades 6–12. This role involves developing specialized content for the 15+ age group, including a revised package of three new comic books designed to challenge gender stereotypes and build body confidence. You will provide high-end technical inputs to RSCERT and SMSA to ensure these 21st-century skills are integrated into the state’s digital learning ecosystem on the DIKSHA portal. The expert will also design monitoring tools to measure "life skill measurement" outcomes for students in focus districts like Banswara and Dungarpur. Additionally, you will guide the documentation of case studies that demonstrate how pedagogical innovations impact student behavior and self-esteem. This position requires a deep understanding of NEP 2020's focus on socio-emotional learning and the ability to mainstream these modules into the national library program.
