The JRP will provide essential support to the DIETs in Dungarpur, Banswara, and Rajsamand, assisting in the coordination of in-person teacher training workshops for 3,500 schools. A primary responsibility includes tracking the progress of 3,500 teachers as they complete their online DSEP modules on the DIKSHA portal by October 2025. You will assist in the distribution of comic books and teacher handbooks, ensuring all nine session materials are available and facilitated in classrooms by January 2026. The JRP will play a key role in data collection for monitoring and evaluation, using digital tools and checklists to report on implementation quality. Additionally, you will help identify and document student-level reflections and good practices to assist the senior team in developing 10 impact-based case studies. This role involves frequent travel to rural and tribal blocks to provide handholding support to mentors and school-level educators. Ideal candidates will have a background in social sciences
