Job Description –HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive/Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

The candidate will coordinate interviews, maintain employee records, assist in payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and support training and development initiatives. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, preparing HR reports, handling employee queries, and providing administrative support and coordination to the HR team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities in English, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
