Job Title: MIS / Data Entry Operator
Location: Delhi
Delhi Council for Child Welfare (DCCW) is a non-government organization dedicated towards child welfare and community development since 1952. For over 70 years, DCCW has been aspiring to live up to its mission to “give children a childhood and a future” by helping abandoned and under-privileged children in and around Delhi through its various programs and services.

We are looking for an MIS/Data Entry Operator, who will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records in the Asset Management System (AMS) and Donation Management System (DMS) of the organization. The role involves data entry, record verification, report generation, and supporting program and administrative teams with timely MIS information.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain data related to organizational assets and donations in the Asset Management System and Donation Management System.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of records in the MIS.
• Maintain proper digital and physical documentation related to assets and donor records.
• Generate periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by management.
• Tracking and monitoring organizational assets, including physical allocation, transfer in Main Store to various Centres.
• Maintain donor database, donation records, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with program, accounts, and administrative teams for data verification and reconciliation.
• Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions in consultation with supervisors.
Qualification
• Graduate in Computer Applications, Commerce, Statistics, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Diploma / Certificate in Computer Applications will be preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or MIS management.
• Experience in Asset Management System (AMS) and Donation Management System (DMS) will be preferred.
• Experience in NGO sector or social development organizations will be an advantage.
Skills Required
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data management tools.
• Ability to work with MIS software and database systems.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of asset tracking and donor record management.
• Ability to generate reports and maintain documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Other Requirements
• Male candidate, below 30 years of age.
• Resident of Delhi preferred for ease of commuting.
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of organizational data.
