Required Qualifications: Experience, Skills: MSW / Sociology with minimum 3 years Training experience, Good Command in MS office.

Location: Raiganj Block

Job Resposibility:
Responsible for Training Coordinator the project activity and collecting the information and data for analyzing the progress along with monitoring and conducting training for Peer Educators and when needed supporting level sessions. Report to Programme Manage with 100% atonements in the project.
Training Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities for project staff and beneficiaries.
Training Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans to address them.
Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from training programs and project activities to assess impact and effectiveness. ? Develop and implement capacity-building plans to strengthen the skills and knowledge of project staff.
The role of a Training and Monitoring Coordinator requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary : 22000/- per month and TA ( Subject to actual)
