ETASHA Society is looking for a Adolescents Well-being & Success (AWS) Assistant to support the smooth execution of our AWS projects. The role involves managing data, assisting in workshops, handling materials, and ensuring systematic tracking and reporting. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with adolescents & youth development initiatives, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate with Teams in different locations to maintain attendance and student details for workshops across schools.
•Generate & Update project data and share reports with the MIS department on monthly basis and whenever required.
•Score, enter data, and generate reports of Career Guidance and other interventions.
•Assist Development Counsellors in conducting Life Skills and Career Highway workshops and other projects.
•Prepare and manage materials for workshops, ensuring timely availability and safe upkeep.
•Track project implementation through session trackers and assist in preparing project reports.
•Coordinate with Chief Technical Officer for trouble shooting of Career Highway App
•Organize and manage the AWS mailbox and shared drive.
•Support the AWS vertical in any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For-
•Strong skills in data management and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
•Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
•Good organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
•Willingness to travel outstation and occasionally start work early when required.
•Having a personal conveyance is an added benefit.
•1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong skills may also apply.

Remuneration range is Rs.18,000 – Rs. 20000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
