Presently CINI reaches to 10 million marginalized rural and urban populations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Assam, Odisha and other Indian states/Union territories. CINI has been implementing community-based health nutrition and education programmes with the objective to prevent malnutrition and ill health among women, children and adolescents and address the school dropout issues through Inclusive learning centre approach in four states of India. In implementing the programmes, CINI adopts a life cycle approach in working with the target groups in ensuring their health and wellbeing through promoting community ownership and system strengthening. All the programmes are implemented in close coordination with the respective Government Departments right from the grassroots up to the State and National Levels. Efforts are being made to increase access to existing schemes and entitlements that would lead to better health and nutrition outcomes for the communities most in need.
In order to implement such community-based education programme in Odisha state, the following positions are required on an urgent basis.

Position: Bridge Learning Centre (BLC) Supervisors (5 Nos.)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any relevant subjects
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Work Location: Kashipur Block, Rayagada & Boipariguda Block, Koraput, Odisha
CTC: Rs.16000/- PM
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Odia (must)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mapping the vulnerability and identification of vulnerable girls for enrolling in BLCs
- Awareness generation in the community
- Community mobilization and BLC supervision,
- Regular communication with BLC facilitators and vulnerable girls enrolled in the BLC by the facilitators
- Community level and BLC level event celebrations and project review
- Support the facilitators in academic assessment of vulnerable girls
- Provide Academic Support to girls in Bridge Learning Centres (BLCs)
- Facilitate and support to BLC facilitators in the development of low/no cost TLM materials
- Facilitate community level mapping, identify drop out school children through PLA exercise
- Participate and contribute to village level meetings.
- Documenting the good practices from the field.
- Undertake project activities in coordination with Block Coordinator under the supervision of the Program manager.
