Background: In 2026, Communication, Advocacy and Partnerships (CAP) Section seeks to expand its partnerships and content, that include more short form video content and compilation of stories of impact across the office. CAP has a requirement for a
Communication Consultant to support these requirements in addition to communication and advocacy support of UN ORGANISATION India’s advocacy priorities.
Purpose of Assignment: The purpose of this assignment is for the Individual Consultant to provide dedicated communication, coordination and reporting support to the CAP section, with a focus on amplifying UN ORGANISATION India’s advocacy priorities. It includes support for the development of communication and advocacy content, event support and documentation.
Further, support to CAP as it forges new partnerships to amplify rights of children and stories of impact. This will include shortlisting stories and develop complete story packages, with photos, video and relevant documentation that can be shared externally. In addition, the consultant will support CAP for health and WASH priorities along with CAP priorities as assigned. The scope of work includes support for audiovisual and product development, content development, youth engagement support on U-Report results sharing, partnership support, and documentation of results, working closely with internal sections.
