1. Project Director
The Project Director would be the sole person responsible for communication with the Uttar Pradesh State AIDS Control Society and shall also report to the Secretary, Gramin Vikas Sewa Samiti.

Location: 01 post for Lakhimpur Kheri and 01 post for Basti District
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: Experience of working on health-related issues such as HIV/AIDS, TB, STI, RTI, etc.
Skills Required: Good knowledge of Hindi and English typing with proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email/internet access.
Remuneration: Rs 1,000 per day, maximum 04 days in a month (01 day per week).
Responsibilities:
1- The Project Director of the implementing organization shall ensure the appointment of all staff according to the approved proposal and ensure that all documents pertaining to staff are maintained in the project office.
2- The Project Director shall be responsible for coordination with line departments such as hospitals, CMO, DTO, TB/HIV Coordinator, CPO, and SACS for effective implementation of project activities.
3- The Project Director shall verify the documents of the PM, M&E, Counsellor, ORWs, and Peer Educators.
4- The Project Director shall conduct monthly project progress review meetings and attend other project-level meetings as much as possible.
5- The Project Director shall attend meetings of SACS and other concerned authorities as required.
6- The Project Director shall undertake gap analysis for achievement of prescribed targets and identify areas requiring improvement in project implementation.
7- The Project Director shall carry out advocacy efforts, whenever required, with key stakeholders and concerned departments for fulfillment of project objectives and achievement of targets.
8- The Project Director shall maintain oversight over the project activities and ensure proper coordination, supervision, and smooth implementation of the project.
9- The Project Director shall ensure coordination of project activities with other HIV/AIDS-related services and departments in the district/state as required.
10- The Project Director shall facilitate any other activities approved by the competent authority for effective implementation of the project.
