Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and committed English Faculty to train students preparing for competitive examinations. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify concepts for students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach English subjects for competitive exams (Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, etc.)
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions
Provide individual attention to students for performance improvement
Prepare study materials, notes, and question papers
Track student progress and provide feedback
Motivate and guide students for exam preparation
Adapt teaching methods based on student needs

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field
Prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Good command over English grammar and communication
Basic computer knowledge
Required Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain concepts clearly
Patience and student-friendly approach
Time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coaching for competitive exams (SSC, Banking, etc.)
Familiarity with exam patterns and syllabus
