About the Role:
Talash is looking for a motivated professional to support field-based programmes on gender, masculinities, mental health, and violence prevention. The role involves coordinating workshops, working with adolescents and young men, engaging with schools and communities, and supporting programme delivery and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of trainings, workshops, and community sessions
• Coordinate field activities, logistics, and stakeholder communication
• Assist facilitators and ensure quality programme delivery
• Maintain reports, documentation, and basic MIS
• Engage with schools, NGOs, and community partners
• Follow safeguarding and child protection protocols

Eligibility:
• Master’s degree (Social Work / Social Sciences or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development sector / field programmes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with adolescents, youth, and communities
• Strong project coordination and implementation skills
• Good written, verbal and communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
• Understanding of gender, sexuality, child rights and related social issues
• Ability to support field teams, documentation, reporting and liaison with partners
• Based in Kolkata and willing to travel within the state as required

Salary: 20k-25k (CTC) based on experiences
