Travel: Required to project sites

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to strengthen project tracking, data management, and impact assessment across ongoing programs. The role will ensure effective monitoring systems and support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement monitoring frameworks, indicators, and reporting systems
Track project progress against targets and ensure data accuracy and quality
Conduct field visits for monitoring, verification, and validation of activities
Analyze data and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Support impact assessment, baseline and endline studies
Develop dashboards and MIS tools for real-time tracking
Provide training and guidance to field teams on data collection and reporting
Ensure compliance with donor and organizational reporting requirements

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate / Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in the development sector
Strong knowledge of data collection tools, MIS, and reporting systems
Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools
Experience in handling large datasets and preparing analytical reports
Willingness to travel to field locations
