Position Role
|
|
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for the community level actions in all villages of working block under the project. The Community Mobiliser will plan and implement the activities under the guidance of the Field Officer in line with the implementation plan of the project.
Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the safeguarding policy and procedures and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with ChildFund’s Safeguarding Policy.

Primary Responsibilities
|
|
- Be responsible for implementing project activities as per project plan for the assigned location / village/block.
- Engage and mobilize community members, leaders, frontline workers for better outcome of the project.
- Assist in implementation of assessments and surveys as required.
- Preparation of monthly action plan and progress report.
- Support in liaison with relevant govt. department officials.
- Undertake regular home visits.
- Be responsible for reporting & documentation for all activities.
- Participate in learning and review meetings.
- Develop documents, case studies and share the same with field coordinator.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Experience and Education
|
|
Education: Diploma or technical training or equivalent experience
Experience: 2+ years of experience in community mobilization and community level stakeholder engagement such as panchayat, village leaders, etc. Working experience in the sector is an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in Rajasthani and Hindi. Ability to communicate in local language is a must. Capacity building and training skills.
