Vani Sanstha is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee the strategic execution and high-level coordination of the UNICEF-supported Dove Self-Esteem Project (DSEP) scale-up across Rajasthan. You will be responsible for the overall management of a 3.68 million budget, ensuring the timely delivery of technical support to SCERT and Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SMSA). The role involves supervising a technical team to roll out an improved DSEP package to over 37,000 schools, reaching an estimated 2.3 million adolescents. You will serve as the primary liaison for state-level officials and UNICEF Jaipur to institutionalize the program within the "No-Bag Saturday" guidelines and the state's library framework. Key duties include monitoring project risks—such as leadership changes or operational delays—and implementing the established mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. You will oversee the development of monitoring tools and ensure the successful documentation of 10 state-level and 10 district-level case studies demonstrating program impact. Additionally, you will be accountable for financial reporting and ensuring that all project activities align with NEP 2020 goals and UNICEF’s gender and equity standards.
