Kam Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening skills, livelihoods, and safe working conditions for Sanitation Soldiers across India. The organization works closely with government bodies, municipal corporations, CSR partners, and communities to design and implement impactful training and development as well as livelihood programs.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Trainer to support the implementation of training and capacity-building programs. The role involves assisting in training delivery, coordinating field activities, supporting documentation, and engaging with community participants and stakeholders.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in the social development sector, skill development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.
• Support the implementation of skill development and capacity-building programs.
• Coordinate with participants, trainers, and local stakeholders.
• Assist in training material preparation and session facilitation.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation.
• Support field visits, on-the-job training (OJT), and demonstrations.
• Assist in data collection, baseline surveys, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth coordination with municipal bodies and project partners.
• Working on Govt. Portals.

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc (Biology/Chemistry) / BSW / MSW or equivalent degree.

Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in training, community work, or social sector projects will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact with community members and frontline workers.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel for field activities.
• Passion for working in the development sector.
