Job Title: Digital Learning Facilitator – Advanced Digital Bus Programme

Salary: Rs.25,000 – Rs.30,000 per month + other benefits

Position Overview
SARD is looking for young, dynamic, and vibrant professionals to support the implementation of its Advanced Digital Bus Programme in Jharkhand and Odisha. The selected candidates will play a key role in delivering digital education and community-based interventions with children and Youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate digital learning sessions for students using smart technologies
• Support schools in integrating digital tools into classroom teaching
• Engage with community members for awareness and outreach activities
• Operate and manage the digital bus equipment and resources
• Coordinate with school authorities, local stakeholders, and SARD team
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of programme activities

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (Education / Social Work / IT preferred)
• Passion for working with children and communities
• Basic knowledge of computers and digital tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally and work in field conditions
• Knowledge of local language (Odia / Hindi / regional dialects) will be preferred
