Preferred Vendor:

Jhpiego intends to award Preferred Vendor status for a period of three (3) years, with contracts issued on an annual basis.

Renewal of contracts will be based on satisfactory past performance.

Submission Procedures:

All Proposals must be sent only to the address provided above only.

Jhpiego reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
Jhpiego reserves the right to negotiate with the selected bidder if the proposed price exceeds available funds.
Any proposal not prepared or submitted in accordance with this RFP may be considered informal and may be rejected.
Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the submission deadline.
Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
Any condition introduced by the agency that does not conform to the RFP requirements will result in rejection.
Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained with rejected applicants.
Annexure I – Company Details and Financial Information: - must be duly signed by the authorized signatory, certifying that all information provided is true and correct. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of the proposal.

Opening, Evaluation and Agreement:

Proposals may be opened at any time after the submission deadline.
All compliant proposals will be evaluated to determine the vendor(s) that best meet Jhpiego’s requirements.
Jhpiego anticipates entering into an agreement with the selected vendor(s) to execute the proposed scope of work.
This RFP does not obligate Jhpiego to award a contract or reimburse any costs incurred in proposal preparation.
Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, negotiate with qualified bidders, or cancel this RFP at any time.
Jhpiego’s decision shall be final.

Password Protection Requirement

All submitted proposals must be Password protected.

The password should be shared only when requested by Jhpiego’s Procurement Team.
Proposals submitted without password protection may not be considered.

The proposal must include the vendor’s approach and description of services, along with the following:

Vendor details:

Name of the organization
Postal address
Telephone/Fax
Email address

Copy of GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card, and other statutory registrations
Contact details of a designated representative for daily coordination
Brief note on relevant past experience and key client
