About the Project:
The Rural Crèche Initiative (RCI), aims to provide safe and nurturing day-care centres (Laika Ghar) for children aged 7 months to 3 years in remote tribal areas. These crèches focus on early childhood care, nutrition, and access to health and government entitlements. The initiative is community-driven to ensure last-mile delivery for the most vulnerable children. The major objective of creche initiative are as following:
a) To enable access to crèches by all children between 7 months and 3 years in a selected geography. b) To ensure supplementary feeding, early childhood development, and facilitation of access to government entitlements. c) To identify growth faltering, underweight, and wasted children (7 months to 3 years), refer them to a health facility and follow up.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Computer graduate/post graduate.
• Proven experience in MIS, data management, or similar role.
• Preferable Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Familiarity with MIS tools, databases, or software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Handling Shishughar Application
o Collect, compile, and maintain data from sources.
o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
o Analyse data and provide insights to support program.
o Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely data submission.
o Monitor data quality and discrepancies.
o Maintain proper documentation and data records.
o Office documentation.
o Train Project Team on MIS tools and data entry processes

Additional Requirements:
Must own a bike/two-wheeler for travel.
Preference to local candidates from Chhattisgarh
Full-time field-based role in Dharamjaigarh block
