Role Overview
Responsible for leading project documentation, data management, and donor reporting for Adharshila Health Project and allied health programmes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality data systems, evidence-based reporting, and effective communication of programme impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project documentation and reporting.
Develop and implement MEL frameworks and reporting systems.
Ensure accurate data collection, validation, and analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual donor reports.
Compile case studies, success stories, and impact documentation.
Track key indicators and provide insights to improve the programme.
Coordinate with field teams for timely and accurate data flow.
Support donor communication, presentations, and field visits.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in documentation, reporting, and M&E.
Strong skills in report writing, data analysis, and MIS.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
