Role Overview
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable laws
Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy
Coordinate and process full & final settlements (FNF)
Support HR audits and ensure adherence to organizational SOPs
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Manage office procurement in compliance with government rules and organisational policies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the development/NGO or healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across sites
