Chetna Vikas is a grassroot organization working since last four decades in the eight districts of Jharkhand state for poor and marginalized Family for the integrated rural development.
We are looking for candidate for the following position:

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Block: Madhupur District: Deoghar
Salary: Based on experience

Qualifications:
• The positions require highly motivated individuals with a Masters in Social Work (MSW)/ Masters in Rural Development (MRD)
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management and working with adolescents.
• Good knowledge of education, health & SRHR.
• Strong leadership, liaising and communication skills (both verbal and written) in Hindi & English.
• Gender sensitive and strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of the adolescents.
• Should have good documentation skills and be proficient in advance computer applications like Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Willingness to undertake travel as per the project requirements
Responsibilities:
• The program manager would be the key person responsible for overall management of the program & team.
• Conduct field visits as and when required.
• Maintain project records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Function as point person to liaison with government officials.
• Ability to multitask, adapt in undertaking new challenges and simplifying complex problems.
• Supervise and Responsible for successful implementation of all project interventions
• Any other task assigned by the organization.
