ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Generation Saviour Organisation (GSO) is a non-profit organization working in the field of Public Health for over three decades. The organization is committed to advocacy, community engagement, and strengthening public health systems across North India.

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Divisional Coordinator
Educational Qualification
• Postgraduate degree (Master’s in Social Work or Public Health preferred).
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in advocacy initiatives at various levels.
• Experience working with health advocates, communities, civil society organizations, and government departments.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to engage with government officials and address public platforms.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel across Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh.
• Regional candidates (Punjab/Haryana/Chandigarh) are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
• ?30,000 – ?40,000 per month.
• Salary will be commensurate with education, experience, and operational knowledge.
2. Office Administrator
Role & Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, including but not limited to:
• Maintaining accounts and financial records.
• Managing official documentation and organizational data.
• Supporting smooth administrative functioning.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi drafting and typing will be an added advantage.
• Candidates owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
• Regional candidates (Punjab/Haryana/Chandigarh) are encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification
• Graduation (mandatory).
Compensation
• ?15,000 per month.
Nature of Employment
• Initial three-month probation period.
• Upon successful completion, a one-year consultancy contract will be offered.
• The contract may be extended based on project continuity and available resources.
• Preference will be given to candidates willing to make a long-term commitment.
Location
• Mohali, Punjab.
Working Timings
Monday to Tuesday, 9:30 am to 6 pm
