Project Manager – Women's Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship!

Saath Charitable Trust is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and implement initiatives focused on women's hashtag#livelihoods, hashtag#entrepreneurship, and hashtag#financialInclusion. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, program management, and capacity building.

?? Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage programs supporting women entrepreneurs from low-income households
? Conduct training sessions, develop customised capacity-building modules, and evaluate impact
? Build partnerships with local agencies, financial institutions, and government bodies
? Monitor program performance, documentation, and reporting
? Supervise, mentor, and support field teams
? Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource optimisation

?? Who We're Looking For
? Postgraduate in Social Sciences / MBA (Rural Management) / MSW or relevant field
? 5–8 years of experience in livelihoods, micro-enterprises, financial inclusion, or entrepreneurship
? Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation skills
? Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
? Proactive, adaptable, and committed to creating lasting social impact
