Associate – Training & Institutional Capacity Building (Urban Health)

Mumbai, Maharashtra

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop training modules, toolkits, and learning materials aligned with program needs and government guidelines
• Support rollout of training programs, including workshops and capacity building sessions across cities
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, trainers, and program teams for effective implementation
• Track training feedback and learning outcomes to improve content and delivery
• Maintain documentation, training reports, and support knowledge management efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Education, Development Studies, or related fields
• 6–8 years of experience in training, capacity building, or program implementation
• Experience in public health, development programs, or government systems preferred
• Fluency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking)
