Job Title: Manager – Marketing, CSR & Organization Development (FPO & Agri Marketing)

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Field-based with travel)

Organization: Abhinav Vikas Samiti is a development organization engaged in promoting Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), strengthening rural livelihoods, and supporting agriculture and allied sectors through capacity building, market linkages, and implementation of government and CSR-supported initiatives.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to join our core team to lead marketing initiatives, CSR partnerships, and organizational development activities. The role focuses on strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), promoting agri-produce marketing, and building sustainable market linkages.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for FPO products (agri and allied produce)
Identify and establish market linkages with buyers, traders, processors, and institutions
Facilitate CSR partnerships and project collaborations with corporates and development agencies
Support business planning and revenue generation activities of FPOs
Strengthen organizational systems, governance, and operational efficiency of FPOs
Coordinate with stakeholders including NABARD, SFAC, NCDC, and government departments
Conduct field visits, training, and capacity-building programs for farmers and FPO members
Explore new business opportunities such as aggregation, value addition, and branding

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, MBA, or related field
2–5 years of experience in FPOs, agri-marketing, CSR projects, or rural development
Strong understanding of agri value chains and market systems
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in field conditions and travel extensively
Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination

Preferred:
Experience working with FPOs, cooperatives, or farmer groups
Exposure to government schemes and CSR funding processes
Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh agriculture ecosystem

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and skills
