About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Special Educator and Sign Language Teacher** to join our team in Dumdum. This role is pivotal in providing inclusive education and communication support to students with diverse learning needs and Special Childrens. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
* Conduct classes using Indian Sign Language (ISL) to ensure effective communication and learning.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to overcome learning barriers.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support the holistic development of the child.
* Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Candidate Profile
1. Education:** Degree or Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized).
2. Skills:** Proficiency in Sign Language is mandatory.
3. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred, but passionate freshers are encouraged to apply.
3. Attributes: Strong patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
4. Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.

Compensation & Benefits
*Salary: Rs 1.4 LPA – Rs 2.4 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills).
